Can I get help by the hour?
Yes, we charge $100 per hour. However, many of our clients prefer to book their time in 4, 8, or 16 hour packages.
Where do we meet to work?
We typically work at our client's home or business. We can also help remotely, via skype, phone, etc.
Do you teach Mac and PC?
Yes, we teach both Mac and PC (Windows) operating systems.
Do I have to pay the full amount at the beginning my sessions?
That's best, but if you can't just let us know and we'll do our best to work something out.
Does my time ever expire?
Time purchased with us is available 3 months after the your first session.
Can I get help on the phone or email?
Absolutely. If for some reason meeting in person doesn't work for you, we can arrange a remote (Skype or video chat) session. And of course, you can feel free to send us an email at any time!
